“No square edges, I want the lines of my home to curve” was the request of our client and one of the challenges in designing this home.

Numerous exterior details are worth noting: durable stucco siding, a zinc roof, which is warmer and less reflective than other metals, a staircase to the upper deck which serves as both access and wind protection, windows embedded into the 8-inch walls for a smooth outward appearance, board form concrete walkways among the greenery on the living roof, a private rear courtyard, and a separate living space to accommodate guests and family.
