If you work with us you will be working on custom homes, ADUs, and small hospitality projects - even the occasional custom van or off-grid cabin. General Qualifications
Degree in architecture or design and/or commensurate experience in the design field
Proficiency with BIM and/or 3D software, Archicad experience a plus
Strong graphic presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to ongoing education and the refinement of your craft
Additional Requirements
Minimum work experience 1-3 years
Familiarity with the International Residential Code and the International Building Code
Ability to simultaneously support multiple projects of varying size and complexity
Desire to grow into a self-sufficient role handling all aspects of a project
