This residence located in Shevlin Commons was thoughtfully designed to sit in such a way as to harness the power of photovoltaic solar energy. With a keen focus on sustainability, this dwelling boasts a full basement and exterior walls super-insulated for optimum energy efficiency. Marrying form and function, the residence's low-pitched roofs and generously sized overhangs serve as guardians against both summer sun and winter snow. This careful design provides a harmonious blend of comfort and protection, ensuring year-round tranquility. While offering charming neighborhood views, we elevated the experience by including a second-floor deck. This addition grants breathtaking views from the majestic Mt. Bachelor to the captivating Cascades, connecting the residence with its natural surroundings. The Sand Lilly Way Residence embodies a harmonious interplay between natural wood and stucco.
